Takenpakket:
- Het ontvangen van klanten en chauffeurs bij afhaling.
- Administratie i.v.m. de verkoop : registratie, facturatie, transportdocumenten, .
- De klanten, leveranciers, experts, verzekeringen, … telefonisch en per mail te woord staan i.v.m. hun dossier.
- Het ingeven en updaten van dossiers.
- Het voorbereiden van dossiers voor de boekhouding.
- Het opvolgen en vervolledigen van dossiers m.b.t. aanvulling van officiële documenten.
- Het voorbereiden van dossiers voor transport.
- Back-up zijn voor je andere collega’s.
- BTW-aangifte voorbereiden.
- Aankoop- en verkoopfacturen inboeken.
- Aangetekende zendingen verwerken.
- Geldtransacties verwerken.
Profiel:
- Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor diploma met een administratieve, boekhoudkundige insteek of soortgelijke kennis door ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels en Duits zijn optioneel.
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen, organisatie brengen in je job.
- Je kan beslissingen nemen en om raad vragen indien nodig.
- Interesse in auto’s in een pluspunt.
